WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI : Squad car involved in a Waukesha County accident on Sunday, 17th December 2023

A squad car was involved in an accident with another vehicle in Waukesha County on Sunday, Dec. 17.

The crash happened around 10:00 a.m. when the deputy was responding to a three-car accident on Redford Boulevard, south of Bluemound Road, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.

While the deputy was going to the scene, he was involved in a crash north of Bluemound.

The deputy was uninjured, and the other driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Wisconsin State Patrol is handling the investigation of the crash, according to the sheriff's department.
