One person is dead after a head-on crash on Marksheffel Road early Sunday afternoon.
Colorado State Patrol told an 11 News crew on the scene it happened around 1:45 p.m. when one car hit a concrete guardrail, overcorrected, and hit another car head-on.
They said four people, including two children, were taken to a local hospital. According to a press release, one person was pronounced dead. The El Paso County Coroner’s Office identified the person who died as 75-year-old Noi Barrow.
It isn’t clear if anyone will face charges tied to the deadly crash.
