Three people were injured Thursday in a head-on collision on Kentucky 136.
The driver of one of the vehicles, Christian Henshaw, 18, and passenger Camden Henshaw, 10, both of the 9300 section of Anthoston Frog Island Road, and the driver of the second vehicle, Stacey Dixon, 49, were transported to Methodist Hospital.
Camden Henshaw was treated and released, while Christian Henshaw and Dixon were listed in stable condition Friday morning.
The Henderson County Sheriff's Office said the crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. when Henshaw was traveling west on Kentucky 136. Authorities said the vehicle crossed the center line and traveled into the path of Dixon, who was eastbound.
Both vehicles sustained significant damage and Dixon had to be extricated from her vehicle via mechanical means, the sheriff's office said.
Kentucky 136 was closed about an hour as the crash was investigated.
The Niagara Volunteer Fire Department, the Henderson City County Rescue Squad and the Henderson Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
