WATERBURY, CT : Probation for Waterbury driver hit head-on in fatal crash on Wednesday, May 31, 2017

A city man who was on the receiving end of a head-on crash that claimed the life of the other driver was given probation Wednesday after he pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
