BREVARD COUNTY, FL : Florida man dies in big rig crash along I-95 in Brevard County on Tuesday, 12th March 2024

A 64-year-old Florida man was killed late Tuesday when his big rig crashed along Interstate 95 in Brevard County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The fatal single-vehicle wreck happened around 11:35 p.m. on I-95 north near mile marker 184, north of Melbourne.

The FHP said the Cutler Bay man was driving a 2007 semitrailer north on I-95 when he veered across the lanes for an unknown reason. An FHP crash report said the driver overcorrected, crossing over all northbound lanes before crashing into the woods.
