TUCSON, AZ : 68-year-old woman dies after fatal crash on Tucson"s eastside on Saturday, 29th June 2024

One woman has died after a fatal car crash on the far eastside of Tucson.

At around 9:15pm on Saturday night, Tucson Police responded to a serious crash at the intersection of E. 22nd St. and S. Sarnoff Dr.

TPD says the crash involved two cars– a 2018 Nissan Murano and a 2018 Dodge Caravan.

The driver of the Nissan was transported by Tucson Fire to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Once at the hospital, the driver, identified as 68-year-old Candace Ann Zenor, was pronounced dead.
