TIPPECANOE COUNTY, IN : 18-year-old killed in 2-car crash near West Lafayette on Thursday, 11th April 2024
An 18-year-old was killed in a two-car crash near West Lafayette Thursday morning, police said.
The crash was reported around 7:30 a.m. in the 2900 block of State Road 26 West, not far west of West Lafayette.
First responders found a Dodge hatchback car and Chrysler minivan had crashed head-on. The driver of the minivan, a 60-year-old West Lafayette woman, was taken to IU Health Arnett Hospital in "serious but stable" condition, the Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.
