Astoria, NY : Two people dead after car hits truck stopped on shoulder of Grand Central Parkway in Queens on Friday, Nov 27, 2015

The NYPD says two men are dead after a car rear-ended a truck that was stopped on the shoulder of the Grand Central Parkway in Astoria, Queens.

Police say both victims were in the eastbound car. The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. Friday.

The truck driver remained at the scene.
