Arden Hills pedestrian, Crystal motorcyclist killed in two crashes

A 23-year-old motorcyclist died Sunday after crashing into a car in Brooklyn Park following a chase in which State Patrol troopers clocked him at more than 100 miles per hour on Interstate 94.
