Dothan, AL : Multiple agencies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Saturday, May 27, 2017

Multiple agencies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Geneva County Road 49 just after 3 p.m. Saturday.

The accident involved a Toyota Rav 4 and a Jeep Wrangler. One person was transported to a local hospital with injuries believed to be significant.

The cause of the accident is unknown. There was an outdoor fire in a nearby field at the time of the accident.

Alabama state troopers are investigating.
