Phoenix, AZ : DPS identifies man found dead after recreational vehicle overturns on freeway in west Phoenix on Thursday October 22 2015

Authorities have released the name of a man who died after the recreational vehicle he was driving rolled over on a west Phoenix freeway.
Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say the victim was 56-year-old Brian A. Smith of Surprise.
Phoenix Fire Department firefighters say they found the man dead inside the RV dead when they arrived at the scene Thursday morning near the Thomas Road exit of the Loop 101 freeway.
DPS officials say Smith apparently lost control of the RV before it rolled onto its roof.
They say Smith's wife was driving behind the RV in another vehicle and reported seeing "erratic driving behavior" before the vehicle rolled.
