Car accident kills 2, injures 23 outside near Austin,Texas

A driver plowed into a blocked-off intersection early Tuesday morning during the SXSW music festival, causing an accident that reportedly killed two and injured nearly two dozen more.
Five remain in critical condition, according to the Austin Police Department's most current dispatch.Thousands walk the streets during the festival, with Red River Street one of the busiest in the city thanks to venues such as Stubb's and the Mohawk. The latter venue, hosting a Tyler, the Creator concert, was close to the accident, which occurred at the intersection of Red River and 10th Street.
