El Rio, CA : One injured in crash near Rio Mesa High School in El Rio on Wednesday morning, November 5, 2014

One person was injured Wednesday morning in a crash near Rio Mesa High School in El Rio, officials said. The crash was reported about 7:45 a.m. near the intersection of Central and North Rose avenues. Preliminary information indicated a pedestrian was hit by a car and was bleeding, according to the Ventura County Fire Department.
