Edgewater, MD : 48-year-old Woman injured in a two-vehicle wreck in Edgewater on Monday, March 9, 2015

A woman was injured Monday in a two-vehicle crash in Edgewater.
Shortly before 9:15 a.m. county firefighters responded to the crash in the 3400 block of Pike Ridge Road and discovered a car had rear-ended a delivery truck.
The 48-year-old woman who was driving the car was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with possibly serious injuries, fire officials said.
