An 85-year-old driver has acknowledged he was involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Denver. Marshall Smith pleaded guilty Friday to criminally negligent homicide in the Jan. 9 death of 63-year-old Leanna Hund. He was sentenced to two years of probation. Hund was in a crosswalk when she was hit and dragged 20 feet on Colorado Boulevard near East Exposition Avenue. Witnesses led police to Smith's vehicle.
