POULSBO, WA : Three injured in head-on collision on Bond Road on Sunday, March 12th 2017
Two motorists were critically injured when their cars collided head-on on Bond Road near Gunderson Road, shortly after 2 p.m. March 12.
The drivers — a 25-year-old woman driving a blue Toyota, and a 34-year-old woman driving an unidentified black car — were airlifted to Harborview Medical Center’s trauma unit, Poulsbo Fire Department reported.
A 13-year-old girl, a passenger in the Toyota, sustained minor injuries and was transported to Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton.
Poulsbo Fire and North Kitsap Fire & Rescue went to the scene. The Washington State Patrol is investigating the crash.
Motorists had to detour via Gunderson or Stottlemeyer road until 5:34 p.m., when the crash scene was cleared and opened in both directions.
