Cincinnati, OH : Woman critically injured in crash near Monmouth Avenue on Tuesday, April 26, 2016

Police are seeking witnesses to a crash Tuesday in Clifton that happened when police say a woman drove out of a driveway into the path of another vehicle.

Sheila Henry, 44, was critically injured in the crash, which happened at about 4 p.m. in the 3300 block of Central Parkway, near Monmouth Avenue.

Police said Henry drove her Pontiac G5 from a private driveway to head south on Central Parkway and was struck by a minivan driven by 26-year-old Tisha Washington. Police said Henry failed to yield the right of way to the minivan.

Henry was trapped inside her car and Cincinnati firefighters extricated her. She was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center in critical condition, police said. Washington suffered minor injuries, police said.
