Buckeye, AZ : Driver killed when car hits semi in Buckeye on Route 85 near Broadway Road on Wednesday morning, November 5, 2014

A man was killed when the car he was driving collided with a tractor-trailer in the northbound lanes of Route 85 near Broadway Road early Wednesday morning. The male driver ran a stop sign and hit the trailer near its right rear wheels about 5:40 a.m., an Arizona Department of Public Safety officer said. The car was dragged several feet. The crash trapped the driver and blocked the northbound lanes until about 9:30 a.m. No other information was available. Source : Driver killed when car hits semi in Buckeye
