Joplin, MO : Anderson man killed after a Motorcycle-deer collision in McDonald County on Thursday, August 4, 2016

A man from Anderson was killed after his motorcycle collided with a deer at 9:30 p.m. Thursday on Thief Hollow Road, about two miles east of Anderson in McDonald County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Zebedia A. Brewer, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene by McDonald County Deputy Coroner Tracy Dowd, the highway patrol said.

The patrol said Brewer's westbound motorcycle hit a deer, ran off the road and struck a tree. The victim was ejected from the motorcycle.
