Margate, FL : Margate crash leaves two dead in the 6200 block of Royal Palm Boulevard on Wednesday, 25th December, 2019

A car traveling at a high speed along Royal Palm Boulevard was involved in a violent wreck that left two people dead early Christmas morning, according to Margate police.
A Honda Civic heading westbound in the 6200 block of Royal Palm Boulevard lost control just after midnight and hit a tree in the median, spraying the car into small pieces and sending the driver and a passenger into the air.
A Mazda sedan traveling eastbound hit the pair who had been ejected from the Civic.
The victims were identified by Margate police as Craig Williams, 24, of North Lauderdale, and Reyana Sanaa, 19, of Lauderhill. Williams was the driver of the Honda Civic and Sanaa the passenger. Both were declared dead at the scene, according to police.
The driver of the Mazda, a woman who was not identified, was not injured.
