Sequim,WA : Two vehicle collision leaves man injured on October, Tuesday 3rd 2017

A motorcyclist will be airlifted to Harborview Medical Center after he sustained injuries from a collision with a truck driver.

The crash occurred a little before 4 p.m. when a motorcyclist going eastbound on West Washington Street was hit by a driver in a white Ford truck coming across onto 14th Avenue.

Sequim Police said the man driving the truck did not see the motorcyclist when the two vehicles collided.

Emergency responders tended to the motorcyclist who sustained leg injuries. The man driving the truck was uninjured.

Sequim Police said no drugs or alcohol were involved. The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet and the truck driver was wearing a seat belt.

There is no information regarding the identity of the two men involved nor the charges pending at this time.
