A 16-year-old boy has died after a high-speed crash on the D.C., Maryland border. Police are still working to learn exactly what happened and speak to those involved.
According D.C. Police, the crash happened just after midnight on Sept. Investigators believe a black 2016 Hyundai Elantra and a white 2020 Hyundai Elantra were speeding northbound on Southern Avenue Southeast. Both Hyundais were stolen, police said.
