LEWISBURG, PA : 1 dead, 3 injured in crash on Route 405 in West Chillisquaque Township on Monday, 26th November 2018

Motorist Jeremy C. Clark, 41, of Sunbury, suffered fatal injuries resulting from a crash on Route 405 in West Chillisquaque Township, Northumberland County afternoon.According to State Police at Milton, Clark was travelling south when his Honda CRV began to rotate counter clockwise and travelled into the oncoming lane. At the same time, a vehicle driven by Ernest R. Ackley, 56, of Sunbury, was travelling south and struck Clark’s vehicle causing it to separate into two pieces.

Ackley and two passengers in his vehicle, Jessica A. Ackley, 40 and Jacob I. Ackley, 21, were taken to Geisinger Medical Center with unknown injuries.
