MT. MORRIS TWP, MI : 26-year-old killed in hit-and-run on Sunday, 9th June 2024

A 26-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run in Mt. Morris Township Sunday night.

It happened shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 9 in the area of N. Elms Road and Kelly Road.

Officers from the Mt. Morris Township Police Department responded to the scene and found 26-year-old Sabastian Jacob Klein dead, Police Chief Michael Veach said, adding the suspect vehicle had fled the scene.

Klein was identified through a fingerprint scanner.
