Baltimore, MD : State trooper injured in a Three-vehicle accident near intersection of Route 198 and Route 32 in west county on Sunday, November 23, 2014

A Maryland State Police trooper was one of three people hospitalized Sunday following a crash near Fort George G. Meade. The three-vehicle accident occurred shortly after 4 p.m. in the area of Route 198 and Route 32, said Anne Arundel County Fire Department Lt. Cliff Kooser. The trooper was flown by U.S. Park Police helicopter to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening, Kooser said. Two other patients were hospitalized with minor injuries, Kooser said. No additional information on the accident was immediately available Sunday evening.
