Naples, FL : Two men and young girl died in a head-on collision on State Road 82 in Collier County on Monday, Sep 7, 2015

Authorities say two men and a young girl were killed in a head-on collision in southwest Florida.

The Florida Highway Patrol reports that the crash happened Monday night in Collier County.

FHP says a Chevy Impala was heading west on State Road 82 when it crossed into the oncoming lanes and hit a Nissan Altima. Troopers say the driver and a 5-year-old girl in the Altima were killed, while a woman and a 10-year-old boy were critically injured. The woman was taken to a Fort Myers hospital, and the boy was taken to Tampa.

The Impala's driver also died, and his passenger was reportedly taken to the Fort Myers hospital with critical injuries.

It wasn't immediately known whether alcohol was a factor.
