Lake City, FL: Three Injued in Two Car Crash in Columbia County on Friday afternoon,24th October,2014

Troopers said that Janis Mitchell, 58, of Lake City was driving alone in a 2014 Nissan Rogue, heading west on Columbia County Road 18 at about 12:20 p.m. Friday when she ran a stop sign at the intersection of U.S. 441, located north of O'Leno State Park. Mitchell's Rogue struck the right side of a 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo being driven northbound on U.S. 441 by Catherine Danielle Lamon, 19. Mitchell's vehicle overturned onto its left side; Lamon's Monte Carlo rotated, ejecting the passenger in the car, Kendrea English, 18. Mitchell was transported to North Florida Regional Medical Center in serious condition.
