Ridgecrest,CA : 2 injured in Monday afternoon collision on May, Monday 14th 2018

Liberty Ambulance EMTs, Kern County firefighters and Ridgecrest police officers help a patient onto a gurney following a two-vehicle traffic collision involving a pickup truck and sedan at the corner of Bowman Road and South China Lake Boulevard Monday afternoon, May 14. Two people were transported to Ridgecrest Regional Hospital for treatment. According to Sgt. Nathan Lloyd, the pickup was traveling northbound on China Lake Boulevard, while a second was turning left on to East Bowman Road when both vehicles collided. Preliminary investigations indicate that the pickup truck driver might have failed to yield at the stoplight, but the matter was under investigation.
