LAPORTE COUNTY, IN : 2 dead in LaPorte County motorcycle crash on Sunday, 19th May 2024

Two people from Kingsford Heights have died after police say a motorcycle crashed Sunday afternoon in LaPorte County.

According to the LaPorte County Sheriff’s Office, a Can-Am Spyder motorcycle was heading northwest in the 3500 block of N. US-35 around 1:10 p.m. when it left the road, traveled across a lawn, and collided with a tree and landscaping. The motorcycle then crashed into some boulders before coming to rest in a vegetable garden.

Both the driver and the passenger of the motorcycle were ejected in the crash.
