Bullhead City, AZ : 22-year-old Troy Urban,died and other injured in fatal crash on Saturday October 31 2015

Bullhead City police have arrested a suspected drunk driver in connection with a fatal crash.
Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt says 25-year-old Andrew Smith Hartfield was arrested Saturday for manslaughter, aggravated assault and endangerment.
Fromelt says Hartfield was driving on Highway 95 around 10 p.m. Friday when he ran a red light at Mohave Drive.
Authorities say his Toyota 4Runner struck another vehicle.
The impact caused Hartfield's car to roll while the driver and a passenger were thrown from the other vehicle.
Police say the passenger, 22-year-old Troy Urban, died at the scene.
The driver, 20-year-old Quinten Quitmeyer, was flown to a Las Vegas hospital where he is in critical but stable condition. A third passenger was uninjured.
