HOMOSASSA, FL : Deadly crash on US 19 closes northbound lanes in Homosassa on Saturday, 31st August 2024

A deadly crash has closed the northbound lanes on U.S. Highway 19 in Homosassa, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Little is known about what led up to the crash, but the northbound lanes are closed between West Dixieland Street and West Highland Street while troopers and Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputies divert traffic, the sheriff's office said.
