Newmarket, N.H : 52-year-old woman killed in a single-car crash on Route 108 and Lita Lane on Sunday morning, June 5, 2016

Newmarket police said a 52 year-old Newmarket woman, Angelia Stompf, was killed in a single-car accident Sunday morning.

It happened at the intersection of Route 108 and Lita Lane just after 6:30 a.m.

Police say Stompf was driving north when her car veered across the road and hit a tree head-on.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash is still being investigated.
