Jackson County, MS: 20-years-old Flavio Hernandez dead and another critically injured along I-10 on Tuesday, August 4th 2015

Authorities are investigating a head-on collision on I-10 near the Alabama/Mississippi state line that killed one person and sent another to the hospital with
life-threatening injuries.Jackson County Deputy Coroner Jason Moody identified that Biloxi resident Flavio Hernandez-Rodriguez, 20, was killed in the wreck.Mississippi Highway Patrol Spokesman Benjamin Seibert said Rodriguez’ truck was traveling eastbound near exit 75 when he crossed the median and crashed into a Nissan Murano Tuesday morning.Seibert said the driver of the Nissan Murano was air-lifted to South Alabama Medical Center in critical condition.Seibert said no other vehicles were
involved, and there was no passengers in either car.The crash is currently under investigation.
