FORT WALTON BEACH, FL : Car crash knocks out power in Wright area on April, Tuesday 11th 2017

Both northbound lanes on Beal Parkway near Green Acres Road were shut down Tuesday night after a car crash knocked out electricity to more that 3,000 homes and business in Wright.
Okaloosa County sheriff’s deputies were diverting traffic in the area after the crash about 8:30 p.m., according to the Sheriff’s Office.
According to Gulf Power, crews were responding to the outage and expected to have electricity restored by about 3 a.m. today.
No further details were available late Tuesday.
