Two people were killed and another was airlifted to the hospital following a two-vehicle car crash Saturday afternoon on Card Sound Road near Key Largo, according to published reports.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said of the two cars involved one was submerged in the water near Alabama Jacks, a popular restaurant near the Florida Keys, according to media reports.
