Orlando, FL : 67-year-old man died in motorcycle crash on Lee Road Wednesday night, Sep 30, 2015

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash that shut down a section of Lee Road Wednesday night, Florida Highway Patrol troopers said.
Westbound Lee Road is shut down at Kingswood Drive in Orlando.
The motorcyclist, who was only identified as a 67-year-old man, was taken to Florida Hospital South, where he later died.
Troopers said Elmer Crosby, 52, was heading eastbound on Lee Road in the left turn lane while the motorcyclist was heading westbound on Lee Road.
Crosby turned into the direct path of the motorcyclist, hitting the man, troopers said.
The victim was thrown from the motorcycle.
The crash remains under investigation.
