New Castle, PA : A four-year-old girl and two adults were injured in a one-vehicle accident on Friday, June 2, 2017

A four-year-old girl and two adults were injured in a one-vehicle accident about 3:15 p.m. Friday on the West Side.

The driver of the pick-up truck told police he lost his brakes and crashed into the back of an automotive garage located at the corner of Parkway Avenue and Front Street.

Police said the girl was the most seriously injured of the three, and was in a car seat meant for an older child.

The child, a man and a woman were all taken to UPMC Jameson Hospital.

No names or conditions were available Friday.
