QUEENSBURY, NY : Glens Falls woman seriously hurt in crash on Monday, 30th July 2018

An 86-year-old Glens Falls woman was taken to Albany Medical Center via helicopter on Monday afternoon after a three-vehicle crash on Quaker Road, police said.

Marlene Canale was taken to the hospital after the 2:10 p.m. collision near Bay Road, which occurred when a 2005 Mack truck changed lanes and hit a vehicle in which Canale was a passenger. The collision forced the car into the path of another vehicle in the oncoming lane, according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.Canale's was listed in critical condition Tuesday afternoon at Albany Med.

The driver of the Toyota Camry sedan in which Canale was a passenger, Gayle Dolbeck, 67, of Glens Falls, was taken to Glens Falls Hospital for treatment of less serious injuries.
