Cleveland, OH: One woman was killed by vehicle crashed into a Ford F-150 truck near Lorain Avenue on Thursday evening, 6th November 2014

A woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Thursday evening, according to Cleveland police. Officials said it happened at 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of West 156th Street and Lorain Avenue. A 33-year-old woman, whose identity has not been released, was driving westbound on Lorain Avenue faster than the indicated speed limit, when it crossed incoming traffic, according to police. The vehicle crashed into a Ford F-150 truck heading in the other direction. Officials rushed the woman to Fairview Hospital, where she later died. Officials are investigating if she wore a seat belt at the time of the crash. The driver of the Ford truck, who officials say wore a seat belt, was sent to Fairview Hospital with multiple injuries.
