Tampa, KS: Four people injured in two-car accident on Interstate 70 on Sunday September 27 2015.

Four people, including two children, were injured in a two-car accident on Interstate 70 on Sunday afternoon, 2 miles west of the the K-10 exit, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority report.
Both cars were westbound when one, a Pontiac G6 driven by Jamisha Latrice Harris, 25, of Overland Park, struck the rear of a Chevrolet Trailblazer, driven by Alexia Monique Townsend, 33, of Topeka, according to the report. The Pontiac then went off the roadway and struck the embankment, the report said.
The report said Harris' vehicle had two other passengers, a 4-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl. No one in her car was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to the report.
Everyone involved in the accident was injured and transported to area hospitals, the report said.
