DURHAM, NC : 5 cars involved in crashes on I-40 in Durham, 3 people injured near NC Highway 751, or Exit 274 on Wednesday, 2nd December, 2020

Five cars were involved in two crashes on Interstate 40 East in Durham on Thursday morning, causing major traffic delays.

The crashes happened near NC Highway 751, or Exit 274.

Officials said there was an initial crash and then a second crash that followed shortly after. Three people were injured and one person has broken bones, according to officials.
