Police released little information regarding a five-vehicle crash at Yellowstone Avenue and Alameda Road on Thursday night.
According to police reports, the female driver was a juvenile, and her name was not released Friday.
Police at the scene Thursday described the wreck as DUI-related.
The crash occurred at approximately 9 p.m. when the female juvenile was traveling north on Yellowstone sideswiped two vehicles and rear-ended another.
The juvenile then entered the Alameda Road intersection and careened into Yellowstone's southbound lanes and crashed head-on into an oncoming car.
The juvenile driver who caused the wreck was transported via ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
