ELKMONT, AL : Ardmore man killed in Wednesday night crash on Wednesday, 27th January 2021

An Ardmore man was killed in a crash Wednesday night.

According to ALEA troopers, 48-year-old Christopher Dale Ridinger was driving along Interstate 65 at the 360 mile marker near Elkmont when troopers say he drove off the road, hit a ditch and overturned.

Ridinger was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers say they believe speed was a contributing factor o the crash. The crash is under investigation.
