San Antonio, TX : A motorcyclist who died after a Northwest Side collision on Tuesday, August 1, 2017

A motorcyclist who died after a Northwest Side collision was identified Tuesday by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
San Antonio Police Department Sgt. Daniel Gonzalez said the man, 26-year-old Sevan Farhat Karim, collided with a car at about 7:20 p.m. Monday in the 5600 block of Babcock Road.
Karim’s death was the result of blunt force injuries, which the medical examiner ruled an accident.
Witnesses told police they saw the motorcyclist performing a type of maneuver sometimes called “burnout” or “burning rubber” at the intersection of Eckert and Babcock roads.
