LEWISTOWN, MO : St. Louis man hospitalized after crash near Lewistown on Sunday, 15th March, 2020

A St. Louis man suffered minor injuries after the vehicle he was driving overturned several times on a rural highway east of Lewistown.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said that Darrion D. Prater, 30, was driving west on Mo. 6, about 3 miles east of Lewistown, when the 2006 Toyota Sequoia he was driving left the road and overturned several times.

Prater, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken by Lewis County Ambulance to Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill., for treatment.

Assisting at the scene were officers with the Lewis County Sheriff's Department, Lewis County Ambulance and Lewis County R-4 Fire Department.
