OOLOGAH, OK : Bartlesville man killed in crash on U.S. 69, about 5 miles south of Oologah on Monday, 6th August 2018
A Bartlesville man died in a crash early Monday in Rogers County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
About 1:35 a.m., Tylor Thomas, 30, was driving north at a high rate of speed on U.S. 69, about 5 miles south of Oologah, when he struck a sport utility vehicle from behind. Thomas' minivan then left the road and rolled, according to a patrol report.
Thomas died at the scene. One of his passengers was treated and released and another admitted in critical condition to a Tulsa hospital. The driver of the SUV was treated for minor injuries and released at the scene, the report states.
Only those treated and released were wearing seat belts.
