Oklahoma City,OK : Monday crash sends seven to area hospitals on August, Monday 21st 2017

Investigation is underway into a two-vehicle crash that sent seven people to area hospitals on Monday. The wreck occurred around 12 noon on Highway 51 just west of Arvest Bank near Susan Ave.

Wagoner Police Chief Bob Haley said a pickup and a car were both traveling westbound on the highway when the pickup struck the back of the car. The car spun out and came to a rest facing northeast on the southwest corner of the intersection.

The pickup rolled an undetermined amount of times, ejecting the driver.

Haley said there were six occupants in the car. Three were transported to a Muskogee hospital by ambulances from Wagoner, Muskogee and Coweta.
