The driver of the Lexus has been identified as James Pratt, 22, of Manor and was taken to Seton Medical Center Williamson in Round Rock and was not wearing a seat belt, DPS said.
Officials said the passenger in the Lexus is Candice Buckley, 26, from Belton. Buckley was also taken to Seton and it is unknown if she was wearing a seat belt, officials said. Their medical conditions are unknown at this time, Barrera said.
