FRUITA, CO : Deadly stolen car crash in Fruita on K road on Wednesday, 17th May 2023

A car crash turned fatal this morning in Fruita after a teenager reportedly drove a stolen car off a cliff.

According to the Colorado State Patrol, a Kia Rio driving westbound on K Road in Fruita drove off the dead end of the road at around 12:30 a.m. this morning. The vehicle reportedly went airborne and collided its front end with an embankment and rolled.
