Several Accidents Near Bridgeport West Virginia

Slick roads Tuesday morning were to blame for a lot of accidents across the area.One of them happened around 10:00 on I-79. At that point deputies said they had already dealt with several accidents, most of them on the interstate.
At one point Marion County 911 Officials were asking drivers to stay off the road completely because accidents had left I-79 at a standstill for miles.

Mon County officials told 5 News that they had 21 accidents between 7:00 and 9:30 in the morning. There were no major injuries reported at any of these accidents.
